Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing any coaching programme, service, session, digital product, or offer. By purchasing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payments

Payment is required in full or via an agreed payment plan before coaching services commence.

Your place within any coaching programme, mentorship, container, or service is not secured until payment has been successfully received.

If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of participation, attendance, results achieved, personal circumstances, or changes in business direction.

Failure to make payments on time may result in immediate suspension of access to coaching calls, resources, support, memberships, communities, training materials, and any associated services until the account is brought up to date.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are provided as a courtesy to make services more accessible and do not represent a monthly subscription.

By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full investment amount and remain responsible for completing all payments according to the agreed schedule.

Missed payments may incur additional recovery costs, collection fees, and legal expenses where applicable.

Repeated missed payments may result in permanent removal from coaching services without release from the outstanding financial commitment.

Coaching Agreements & Documentation

Once payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed, you will be sent any required coaching agreements, contracts, waivers, or onboarding documents.

Completion and signing of all required paperwork is a legal requirement before coaching services can begin.

Failure to complete and return required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of your place without refund.

Cancellations

Due to the time, preparation, planning, and resources invested in each client, all sales are considered final.

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind

Lack of commitment

Failure to attend calls

Failure to utilise available support

Personal circumstances

Business changes

Financial difficulties

Schedule conflicts

Deciding the programme is no longer suitable after purchase

Once coaching has commenced, no partial refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges will be offered.

Client Responsibility

Results are dependent on individual effort, implementation, consistency, commitment, and personal circumstances.

Coaching provides guidance, support, education, strategy, and accountability. No guarantees are made regarding specific financial, business, personal, health, or lifestyle outcomes.

You accept full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Missed Calls & Rescheduling

Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions.

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule a coaching session.

Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in removal from the programme at the coach's discretion.

Coach Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled by the coach, an alternative appointment time will be offered.

This shall be the client's sole remedy and does not entitle the client to a refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree to contact me directly regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback for a legitimate purchase while continuing to access coaching materials, support, services, or programme content may be considered a breach of these terms.

I reserve the right to provide evidence of purchase, signed agreements, communications, attendance records, onboarding documents, and service delivery records in response to any payment dispute.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

I reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate coaching services where a client:

Behaves in an abusive, threatening, defamatory, or disrespectful manner

Repeatedly breaches these terms

Fails to make payments as agreed

Creates disruption within coaching spaces or communities

In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any coaching service, programme, mentorship, consultation, event, workshop, membership, or digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy terms in full.

Please ensure you are fully committed before purchasing, as your investment secures dedicated time, resources, support, and availability that cannot be recovered once reserved.
