2. Eligibility

3. Payments

Full Payment Requirement

All payments must be made in full before any service, session, reading, coaching, membership access, or digital product is delivered unless an authorised payment plan has been agreed in writing.

No work, delivery, booking confirmation, coaching access, readings, downloadable products, memberships, or communication obligations will begin until cleared payment has been received.

Failed, Missed, or Late Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, declined, cancelled, or remains unpaid:

Access to all services, programmes, memberships, coaching, and materials may be suspended immediately

Ongoing support or communication may cease until payment is resolved

Outstanding balances remain legally payable

Future bookings may be refused

Existing agreements may be terminated without refund

Access to any private groups, calls, portals, or resources may be removed immediately

If you are on a payment plan and fail to make a scheduled payment:

The full remaining balance may become immediately due

Continued access to services is not guaranteed

Missed payments do not release you from your financial commitment

Time spent, coaching delivered, resources accessed, or support already provided remain chargeable

Chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorised reversals made after receiving services or accessing materials may result in:

Permanent removal from all programmes and communities

Cancellation of future services

Debt recovery action where appropriate

Evidence of service delivery being submitted to the payment provider

By purchasing, you agree not to falsely dispute legitimate charges.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital, energetic, time-based, and personalised nature of services provided, all sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for:

Coaching services

Memberships

Programmes

Calls already booked

Partially used services

Missed appointments

Change of mind

Failure to attend

Once payment has been made, you are financially committed to the purchase.

If exceptional circumstances arise, Becoming Her For Real may offer a reschedule, account credit, or alternative solution entirely at its own discretion. This is not guaranteed.

5. Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered:

You are committing to pay the full agreed amount, not individual instalments

Payment plans are a courtesy, not a subscription that may be cancelled freely

Failure to complete payments does not remove your responsibility to pay the remaining balance

Access may be revoked if payments are missed

No partial refunds will be issued for previous payments made

By selecting a payment plan, you authorise the agreed recurring payments to be taken according to the selected schedule.

6. Bookings, Sessions & Attendance

Clients are responsible for attending sessions, calls, or appointments at the scheduled time.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without reasonable notice may result in:

Loss of the session

No reschedule

No refund

Termination of ongoing services in repeated cases

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions to avoid disruption to other bookings.

If Becoming Her For Real is unable to deliver a session due to illness, emergency, technical failure, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date, timeframe, or solution will be offered where reasonably possible.

7. Delivery of Digital Services

All digital services, readings, products, and communications will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for:

Providing the correct email address

Checking spam/junk folders

Ensuring your inbox can receive emails

Downloading and saving purchased materials

Becoming Her For Real is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect contact details provided by the client.

8. Coaching & Mentorship Disclaimer

Immediate termination of services

Removal from programmes or memberships

Blocking of communication

Refusal of future bookings

No refund being issued

Repeated requests for unpaid services, excessive advice seeking without purchase, or disregard for professional boundaries may result in refusal of future services.

15. Limitation of Liability

Emotional reactions

Financial outcomes

Relationship outcomes

Business outcomes

Missed opportunities

Loss of income

Indirect or consequential damages
